The Gempire Community Charter
Welcome to Gempire—a free social platform engineered specifically for creative business minds, artisans, and DIY marketers to safely showcase and share their products and services. To maintain an environment built on trust, clean symmetry, and mutual respect, all members must strictly adhere to our core ground rules:
1. Virtue Over Advantage
- Honest Representation: All listings, showcases, and business profiles must be completely accurate and free of misleading claims or high-pressure tactics.
- Ethical Transactions: We prioritize absolute integrity and fair play in all business interactions within this community.
2. Absolute Member Protection
- Zero Bot Tolerance: This platform is exclusively for real, hard-working individuals. The use of automated posting tools, harvesting tools, or bot networks is strictly prohibited.
- Professional Conduct: This is a clean, protective marketing and networking space. Aggressive behavior, insults, and substandard disruption will be met with immediate intervention.
3. The Merit System (Give-to-Get)
- Earn Your Standing: To keep the platform pristine, all accounts participate in a merit-based points system. Members accumulate merits through constructive local engagement before unlocking full posting or promotional privileges.
- The Caution Structure: Substandard posts, rule infractions, or low-effort listing spam will result in a formal system caution. Accumulating multiple cautions will automatically restrict your account's posting permissions to protect the wider membership.
